The Navy pilot who filmed the much-discussed 'Tic Tac' UFO video has broken his silence about the intriguing encounter. In a lengthy and richly detailed interview with The Intelligencer, Chad Underwood revisited the 2004 flight in which the infrared camera on the F/A-18 Super Hornet that he was piloting captured a strange unidentified object in the sky. As for the encounter itself, Underwood indicated that he could not see the UFO with his own eyes because his jet was too far away, but was able to watch it on the radar system, which was recording the encounter as it took place. The Pentagon has recently opened up to The Black Vault about the rumored “secret UFO Program,” known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program or AATIP. On December 16, 2017, news of this obscure program was first announced by the NY Times and Politico. Both media outlets reported that UFOs or UAPs were the direct focus of this program. NASA has its "hands tied" and is forced to cut the International Space Station (ISS) live feed when UFOs turn up, according to Stephen Bassett, who has been relentlessly campaigning since 1996 for the government to declassify its supposed knowledge of aliens and UFOs. Former NASA astronaut Jerry Linenger has revealed there were several instances aboard the International Space Station that made the entire space crew scratch their heads. The Army says it will be exploring "novel materials" and other technologies under an unpaid collaboration with To The Stars Academy. The U.S. Army has confirmed that it has signed a cooperative research deal with former Blink 182 frontman Tom DeLonge's To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science, more commonly known as TTSA.
