With 'The Secret City' At China Lake In California No Longer Available For Advanced Weapons Research And Testing, What Does DARPA Know That We Don't Know?

While whistleblowers have claimed "the underground facility at China Lake is big enough that with the right equipment, it looks like a city of 500,000 people at night", as Military.com had reported back in July, following the series of devastating earthquakes in California last month, the China Lake research facility was forced to be closed down.

With the 'Secret City' in California no longer available for any DARPA or US Naval Weapons testing or other research for any time in the near future, might that be the reason that DARPA has suddenly put forth a bizarre request for a huge underground research facility on their Twitter page.
